1. Apple cubes – 1 cup
2. All-purpose flour – 2 cups
3. Condense milk – 200 ml
4. Baking Powder – 1 tsp
5. Baking soda – ½ tsp
6. vanilla extract – 1tsp
7. Warm milk – ½ cup
8. Oil – 2 tbsp.
9. Vinegar – 1 tbsp.
10. Melted butter – 50 g
11. Cinnamon powder – 1 tsp
12. Grated lemon – 1 tsp

1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Preheat oven to 180 degrees F. Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
3. Take milk maid and butter together in a bowl mix using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add milk and oil to it and beat again till smooth batter.
4. Combine dry ingredients into creamed butter mixture. Mix vanilla extract and vinegar and if required lemon zest mix into batter until smooth.
5. Add the apples lightly pat apple mixture into batter. Pour the better in pan
6. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes.
