1 cup white sugar
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
2 eggs, beaten
¼ cup white vinegar
½ Tbsp. butter

Directions:

Mix sugar, mustard and eggs. Add vinegar. Mix to a paste. Cook over low heat until thickened. Add butter. Cool. Makes 1 pint.
