9-inch pie shell
5-6 eggs, beaten
8 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
1 cup (4oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1 – 1 ¼ cups half and half or milk
½ tsp salt
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F. Sprinkle bacon and cheese in pie shell. Beat remaining ingredients together until well blended. Pour into a pie shell. Bake in preheated oven until knife comes out clean 35-45 minutes. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.

*** I add onions and spinach (sauté before adding) to this quiche***
