1. 8 oz. lasagna noodles

2. 24 oz. ricotta cheese (or cottage cheese)
1/2 Cup soft butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 eggs

3. 2 10oz. frozen spinach pkgs.
1 lb. Monterrey Jack/Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 Cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350º and grease a 9 x 13 pan. Cook noodles, drain, layer bottom of 9 x 13 greased pan with noodles. Next layer #2 ingredients mixed together. Next layer #3 ingredients mixed together (cheese & spinach). Repeat layers 1, 2 & 3 about two or three times (your preference). Save a little extra cheese for the top layer.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until hot. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving!
