12 oz. fresh cranberries, shredded in food processor
¾ cup sugar
8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup chopped pecans
2 cups mini marshmallows
8 oz. Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Chop cranberries in food processor and add sugar. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight or for as long as possible (to sweeten cranberries.)

Add pineapple (drained) and pecans to the cranberries. Stir in the marshmallows.

Fold in the cool whip until thoroughly mixed.

Serve immediately or keep refrigerated.
