All you need;
4 lb English Cut Pot Roast
3 Tbsp Fat
1/4 Cup Vinegar
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp of each Curry Powder, All Spice, Mustard and Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Onion Salt
1 Tbsp Worchestershir
1 Clove Garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the meat in a cast iron or heavy duty skillet with Fat
Combine remaining ingredients and add to the meat
Cover and bake at 250 deg F for 4-5 hours, basting periodically with drippings
Remove from heat, tent with tin foil for 15 minutes before cutting/serving
