Salmon steak or Filet (non factory farmed) Wiid caught
Fresh Dill
Juice from Freshly Squeezed Lemon
Salt
Pepper
Lawrys Garlic Salt
Butter or Ghee
White Wine
Fresh Parsley
Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare Salmon for Broiler by washing, and drying.
Prepare sauce of White wine, dill, salt pepper and melted butter
Generously coat Salmon with Sauce.
Let rest and absorb flavors in refrigerator for at least 1/2 hour.
While salmon is in Refrigerator, make dill sauce:
1/2 C sour cream or more if needed
Fresh squeeze lemon
Fresh dill
Lawrys Garlic Salt
Fresh parsley (minimum or to taste)
Little white wine IF desired
To keep consistency, may need to add more sour cream.
Refrigerate Dill sauce to marinate.
Broil salmon to taste.
serve with Dill Sauce
