1/2 dozen eggs
1 1/2 lbs ground Veal
1/2 lb ground Pork
Parsley cut up in fine flakes
Garlic grated
1small onion puréed
1 Cup soft bread crumbs
Could soak larger quantity bread in milk then grate
Lawry's Garlic Salt
Grated cheese
Salt
Pepper

This should be mixed together to make a meatloaf which is shaped in loaf about 2 inches high.
Use Rectangular pan. 13x9x2

Beat eggs until frothy.
Mix together Veal Pork,parsley, garlic, onion,soft bread crumbs, grated cheese, and spices until well blended.

Combine together egg mix and Meat mix, form into shape.

Bake in oven until done and lightly browned. 350º

Serve in bite size squares when cooled.

This is an ethnic recipe handed down by my Mom, Helen Janashak. She never measured anything but it always came out tasting great.
I kept the basics as she told me but adding spices has to be to taste, so start small and test it. You can always add more just before cooking if you cook by smell....? I hope.

She used 1 dozen eggs but then I believe she used a larger quantity of Meat. Keep that in mind.
