One Medium size crock pot
Sauce:
1 bottle chili sauce (12 oz)
1 12 oz jar Concord Grape Jelly

Meatballs:
1 lb meat of your choice:
I use equal parts of veal, beef and pork
1/2 Cup Saltine cracker crumbs
1/2 Cup Grated Cheese i.e.. Asiago, Romano, Parmesan
1 egg well beaten (optional)
Season with Lawrys Garlic Salt to taste

Pepper

Prepare Meatballs first

Mix Meatball ingredients together.
Use teaspoon to measure cocktail size meatball
Place on cookie sheet
Bake in oven 350º until browned, about 1/2 hour, then turn and cook until browned, depends on size of meatball. Make meatballs well done.


Place chili sauce and grape jelly in crock pot or sauce pan to combine. Heat until smooth.
Add meatballs to sauce and serve warm.
