3 c. sugar
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. white syrup
1/2 t. cream of tarter
1/2 t. to 1 t. flavoring to desired intensity (mint, cherry, coffee, maple, orange, etc.)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and cook to soft ball stage. Pour out on table top, marble slap, or 2 large plates that have been buttered. Let it cool. Add flavoring and coloring. Beat and mix until able to mold with hands. Mold into small balls and dip into melted chocolate.

To make fudge center, add 2 T cocoa to first mixture
