4 chicken breast with bone and skin.
2 cups sour cream
1 large onion
1 pint mushrooms
4 eggs
4 cups flour
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons paprika
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
chop onion and mushrooms, carmelize onion in butter then add chicken. keep flipping chicken and cook slowly so as to not burn chicken. with chicken cooked thoroughly remove chicken from pan and add mushrooms. remove skin from chicken and tear chicken from bone in bite sized pieces. return chicken to pan add paprika and simmer about 1 hour. add sour cream and rewarm but do not boil.pour over dumplings. for dumplings mix flour, eggs and milk, drop teaspoon sized balls of batter into boiling water. boil for 20 minutes then drain.
