1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
2-3 Cups chicken deboned boiled and cut up or shredded save some broth
1 pound spaghetti cooked according to package al dente
1-2 cans of 10 ounces rotel tomatoes
2 -10.5oz cans Cream of mushroom soup
1 -10.5oz can Cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
1 large onion diced finely
1 cup celery diced finely
1/2-1 yellow bell pepper
1 tsp chili powder
10oz. Chicken broth

1 Melt butter in large the pan sauté onion yellow pepper and celery
2 Add chicken cheese mushroom and chicken soup's Rotel tomatoes chili powder mix well until melted
3 simmer on stove to blend flavors or transfer to crockpot cook on low until ready to serve over pasta
(You can add leftover chicken broth if needed)
4 Cook spaghetti as directed on package minus a minute or two if you like your pasta firmer add pasta to sauce mixture when ready to serve
