Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Crust:
2 c. flour
1 c. (2 blocks) butter or margarine (I use butter)
1 c. macadamia nuts, chopped fine

Middle Layer:
1 pkg. (8oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
½ container Cool Whip (half of 12oz. container)
4-5 bananas

Top Layer:
2-3 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. cold milk
remaining Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Blend flour and butter with pastry blender (I don't have one, I use a spoon). Mix in 3/4 of the nuts, reserving 1/4 cup to sprinkle. Press into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes or until gold brown. Cool. (the crust will be crumbly, but when you mix in the butter and the flour, try cutting the butter into small pieces as you mix it, then when you press it in the pan, it will stick together better) Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until blended and smooth (I use a spoon). Mix in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Slice bananas evenly over cream cheese layer. (I didn't see the 12oz Cool Whip tubs, so I got 2 of the 8oz ones, used a little less than one tub for this part of the recipe then the one full tub and the rest of this tub for the top later) Whip pudding with milk and spread over bananas. Be sure to seal all the edges. Spread remaining cool whip on top. Sprinkle with reserved macadamia nuts. Refrigerate. Chill for several hours to set before serving.

Personal Notes:
Really easy recipe, the one thing you may want to do is take out the butter and the cream cheese a while before beginning to prepare it. It makes mixing easier when the butter and cream cheese is soften.
