Directions:
Clean & boil whole sweet potatoes, remove from pot and let cool. Bake pie crust per instructions. Slice sweet potatoes in approximately 3/8" thick "rounds" and remove skin. Fit as many of the slices on the crust. Cut pieces of the slices so they fill in the gaps. Peel and slice the bananas into approximately 3/8" thick "rounds". Place banana slices on the sweet potato layer. Fill in as much space possible. Make the instant haupia. Pour the haupia over the banana layer in the pie. Cover the pie and cool in the refrigerator to set the haupia. Sprinkle the Macadamia nuts on the haupia.
