40 fresh mushrooms
3/4 c. chopped onions
1 lb. mild sausage
1 c. Italian seasoned breadcrumbs, finely chopped
1 8 oz. carton of sour cream
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 stick butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Pop stems from mushrooms. Chop stems only and saute onions and stems in margarine on medium-high. Cook sausage, drain, and mix with onions and stems. Mix all other ingredients and stuff mushrooms. Place on baking sheet and bake 15-20 minutes.
