2 large chopped Onion
celery chopped, minced garlic

1  29  ounce can pumpkin 

3 1/2  cups vegetable broth
fresh ginger
grated nutmeg
thyme, sage
salt and pepper
cream (or milk) to desired consistency

Directions:
Directions:
Heat onion and cook until tender, about 3 minutes.
Add pumpkin, broth, spices. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Puree with blender. Stir in milk and cook until hot. Don't boil after adding cream.
Ladle soup, swirl a dollop of Greek yogurt and top with Pumpkin seeds
