2 cups sugar divided
1/2 cup shortening
1 egg
1 cup milk
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream 1 1/2 cups of sugar and shortening together.
Add egg, flour, baking soda, vanilla and rhubarb; beat together.
Pour into a 9X13 inch pan.
Mix together remaining sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle on to of mixture.
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
