1 ¼ lb ground chuck
1 (15oz) can tomato sauce
½ tsp salt and ½ tsp pepper
8 oz egg noodles
½ cup sour cream
1 ¼ cup ricotta cheese
Pinch red pepper flakes
1 cup grated cheese
Crusty French bread for serving

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Brown the ground chuck in a large skillet. Drain the fat and then add the tomato sauce, s&p and stir. Then simmer while you prepare the other ingredients.
Cook the egg noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream and ricotta. Add plenty of fresh ground pepper and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Add to the noodles and stir.
To assemble, add half of the noodles to a baking dish. Top with half the meat mixture then sprinkle with half the cheese. Repeat with noodles, meat and cheese.
Bake until all the cheese is melted, about 20 minutes.
