Ingredients:  
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion (I use a whole onion or half of a large red onion)
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
2 small, ripe avocados, pitted and peeled (I used 4 small avacodos for 4-6 people)

1 4-oz jar diced pimientos, drained

6 cooked and crumbled bacon slices (I use Turkey Bacon)

I added to this:
Sprinkle of garlic powder
Sprinkle of basil
1 finely chopped shallot
Sprinkle of pepper

You can also add diced tomatoes as well

1. In a medium bowl, gently combine all ingredients

2. Add the avocados and use a fork to gently mash and combine them with the other ingredients.

3. Guacamole is best served soon after preparation, but it can be stored in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
