Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 celery ribs
2 onions
Grind together and store in airtight container overnight.

2 loafs of bread (old bread works best), broken in to bite size pieces - let sit out overnight.
The next morning, pour enough milk over the bread to lightly soak it. Stir it gently, trying not to mush it into smaller pieces.

Beat together:
9 large eggs, along with Lawry© Salt and poultry seasoning. Do not go too heavy on the seasonings; you can add more later.
Stir this mixture in with the celery and onions.
Add any meat pieces that you have from the turkey.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together gently, and put into a greased pan (I use a foil pan for convenience).

Bake at 350º in a preheated oven for 1½ to 2 hours (or until edges turn brown).

During baking time, add turkey drippings for added moisture and stir gently as needed.
