3 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup BAILEYS® Coffee Creamer Vanilla Brown Sugar
˝ cup buttermilk
⅓ cup butter, softened
2 eggs
3˝ tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt

Cinnamon Streusel:

1⅓ cups brown sugar
1˝ cups butter
1 cup flour
2 tsp cinnamon

Frosting Drizzle:

1 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp BAILEYS® Coffee Creamer Vanilla Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together the flour, sugar, BAILEYS® Coffee Creamer Vanilla Brown Sugar, buttermilk, butter, eggs, baking powder
and salt. Mix on low until combined and then beat for two minutes.

2. In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, butter and cinnamon with a pastry cutter or two knives until clumps
form.

3. Spread half of the batter in a greased 9×13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle the batter with half of the cinnamon streusel. Add
the remaining batter and carefully spread it out.

4. Sprinkle with the remaining streusel.

5. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

6. Mix together the powdered sugar and BAILEYS® Coffee Creamer Vanilla Brown Sugar.
Drizzle over the coffee cake before serving.
