1 Cup Quinoa (Prepared)
2 Apples (Chopped)
1 Pint Blueberries
Small amount of spinach leaves (Torn into salad)
3 T Roasted Sunflower Kernels
1 Cup Strawberries (Sliced, Cut)

Dressing:
4 t Red Wine Vinegar (Pomegranate Infused)
4 T POM Pomegranat/Blueberry Juice
4 T Kraft Strawberry Vinaigrette

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the Quinoa per package instructions. Drain completely and set aside to cool and dry.

Prepare the Dressing in a measuring cup to use after all ingredients are mixed together.

Chop the apples into no larger than 1/2" x 1/2" pieces. Place in large mixing bowl.

Tear spinach leaves into bowl. Personal discretion.

Add blueberries, strawberries, sunflower kernels.

Pour 1/3 of the dressing into the mixing bowl and mix together.

Add quinoa.

Pour remaining dressing into mixing bowl and mix together.

Serve and Enjoy!

First try with a quinoa salad. You can add more fruits if you like. Mandarin oranges, etc.
