3/4 C Hershey's Cocoa
1/2 C Milk
3 C Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 T Butter

Need:
Glass of cold water
Spoon
Buttered platter
Sharp knife

Directions:
Directions:
Put cocoa, sugar, and milk in sauce pan. Heat over high heat. Bring mixture to a boil, use spoon and glass of water to check mixture to see when it reaches soft ball stage. Take spoon, dip in mixture, put in water and see if it will form a soft ball. Take off of heat, add butter and vanilla when it does. Beat it until gloss is off a little and it is starting to set up. Pour on platter, cool for 5 minutes, cut and serve.
