1 onion, chopped
8 stalks young leeks, chopped
3 T. butter
1 pound carrots, chopped
1 pound new potatoes, halved
1 pound mushrooms, sliced
2 mushroom-flavored bouillon cubes
1 t. Svaneti salt
1 t. adjika
Finely chopped parsley and dill, to taste (1 bunch each)
Cooked chicken, cubed.

Saute onion and leeks in butter for about ten minutes. Add carrots, potatoes, mushrooms, bouillon, Svaneti salt, and adjika. Cover with water and bring to boiling. Simmer until vegetables are cooked. Refrigerate overnight and serve the next day. Just before serving bring to a boil and add finely chopped parsley and dill. Add chicken and heat through.
