1 medium pumpkin or squash
2 lbs cubed pork shoulder
1/4 cup flour
dash cloves
salt and pepper to taste
15 oz. spaghetti sauce
chopped mushrooms
1 green pepper, cut into wedges.

Directions:
Cut lid from top of pumpkin. Scoop out the seeds. Cut out and cube pumpkin meat, leaving a half inch shell. Combine flour and spices. Dredge pork cubes in mixture and brown in its own fat. Add pumpkin and
remaining ingredients. Put mixture into pumpkin shell and cover with its own lid. Place in pan with 1" hot
water and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
