3/4 pound prunes
3 1/2 teaspoons olive oil, divided
2 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/8 cup sugar

2 1/2 pounds beef, cubed
1 teaspoon pepper
3/4 teaspoon ginger
saffron threads
1/4 ras el hanout
1 large onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
1/8 cup sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Boil prunes in water for 10-15 minutes. Drain. Add 2 t. oil, cinnamon, and sugar and toss. Do not stir or prunes will lose their shape.

In a tajine. add remaining olive oil. Add cubed meat, pepper, ginger, saffron threads, ras el hanout and garlic. Stir and cook until the meat is done. Stir in parsley and heat through. Layer prunes over meat and top with toasted sesame seeds
