Sauce:
12-14 small tomatoes peeled and chopped
3-4 cloves of garlic, chopped
1/2 bunch parsley, finely chopped
2 heaping teaspoons ginger
2 heaping teaspoons cumin
Salt, to taste
1 t, pepper
1/4 t. hot paprika
1 t sweet paprika
Colorant
1/4 cu olive oil

Meatballs:
1/2 bunch parsley, finely chopped
1 large onion, finely chopped
1/2 t ras el hanout
1 heaping t. ginger
3 t. sweet paprika
1/4 t. hot paprika
3 t. cumin
3/4 t. pepper
Salt
2 1/2 pounds ground beef

Directions:
For the sauce: Mix all the sauce ingredients and cook over low heat for 30 minutes.

For the meatballs: Mix all the ingredients together and form into medium-sized ball. Add to cooked sauce and continue cooking until meat is cooked through.
