Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 pork chops - whatever your preferred cut
2/3 cp brown, Dijon or other fancy mustard (yellow mustard isn’t recommended)
1/3 cp honey
1/4 cp mayo
2 tsp steak sauce or Worchestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a shallow bowl, mix the mustard, honey, mayo and steak sauce till well blended. Set aside about 1/2 cp of the mustard sauce and put the rest in a dish. Place the pork in the dish and cover the dish with plastic wrap or a lid and put it in the refrigerator to marinate for minimum 30 min, preferably 2-8 hrs.

GRILL - Cut off any excess fat or it will cause flare ups on the grill and burn your chops. Preheat the grill for med heat, lightly oil the grill grate. Remove the meat from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill approx 20-30 min, turning occasionally. Baste with the reserved mustard sauce during the last 10 minutes.

BAKE - Preheat the oven to 400* (350* for a 1/2" or less chop) and cover a baking dish with foil, spray it with cooking spray or lightly coat with oil. Place pork chops on the baking sheet and spoon a little of the reserved mustard sauce over it. Bake the appropriate amount of time. 1/2" 20 min - 1" 30 min - 1 1/2" 40 min

Personal Notes:
I'm not a big mustard fan at all but this doesn't turn out overtly mustardy. It's also very good with chicken.
