1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1/3 cup fres lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Bring first 4 ingredients to boil in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; add blueberries, and simmer, stirring constantly, 3-5 minutes or until thickened.

Serve over sliced pound cake or shortcake to make an elegant, easy dessert.
