1 lb. Celery Cabbage
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Ginger (thinly shredded)
1 tbsp oil
3 tbsp. white Vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp. hot pepper oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Discard core of cabbage. Cut cabbage into 2" long pieces.

2. Put cabbage in bowl. Sprinkle with salt. Let stand 4 hours.

3. Squeeze liquid from cabbage. Put in bowl.

4. Distribute ginger evenly over cabbage. Cover.

5. Heat oil in wok. Add vinegar, sugar, and pepper oil.

6. When sugar is dissolved, pour over cabbage.

7. Marinate in covered container overnight. Serve cold.
