1 1/2 C. Whole wheat flour
1 1/4 C. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 # butter
1 clove crushed garlic
1 pinch salt
1/4 C. milk or as needed

Directions:
Directions:
Let cheese & butter soften at room temperature.
Whip the softened butter, add the cheese & mix.
Add the garlic, salt & flour, mix & add enough milk to form into a ball.
Chill for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Roll onto a floured board.
Cut into shapes with cookie cutters.
Bake at 375º for 15 minutes or until slightly browned & firm.

Makes 2-3 dozen or more based upon the size of cookie cutters used.
