4 lb of quarter inch sliced Beef or Venison
2 Tbs Garlic Powder
1 tsp Black Pepper
3 Tbs Seasoning
1 Tbs Cure
2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Ground Red Pepper
1 tsp Adobo Seasoning
3 Tbs Soy Sauce
1 Tbs Liquid Smoke- Hickory Flavor
1 Tbs Worcester Sauce

Keep temperature under 200 Degrees.

Goes into a *Smoker* for 2 hours and 40 Minutes.
