2 Lbs of Lean ground Beef or Venison
1/2 Tbs Cure
2 Tbs Seasoning
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 Tbs Crushed Red Pepper
1 tsp Season Salt
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Ground Red Pepper
1 tsp Adobo Seasoning
2 Tbs- Soy Sauce
1 Tbs Teryaki Sauce
1 Tbs Liquid Smoke- Hickory Flavor
1 Tbs Worcester Sauce

Pre Heat Oven 200º- 2 Hours if using a jerky gun.

Cook 3 hours if you are going to hand roll them out.
