4 Lbs of Beans
2 Cups of Water
1 Cup of Vinegar
2 Tbs Canning Salt
2 Tbs Sugar
1/8 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
7- Head of Dill . 1 for each jar
7 Cloves of garlic. 1 for each jar

Pint Size Canning jars

Directions:
Directions:
Bring all ingredients to a boil except beans.

Heat jars in oven- remove one jar at a time (keeping others in the oven). Fill 1 jar with Beans, 1 head of Dill and 1 Clove of Garlic.

After each jar is packed, fill each jar with hot brine mixture.

Seal each jar with lid and cover.
