3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cracked pepper
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Venison is easier to slice if it is partially frozen. Slice about 1 pound very thin.
Mix all the other ingredients. Dip meat in mixture, then dehydrate.
