Country style pork ribs
Coarse ground black pepper (sometimes you can find Fiesta brand in the Mexican food section).
Salt
Kraft Hickory Smoke BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Salt ribs and generously sprinkle with coarse ground black pepper. Let ribs get to room temp before cooking.
Best cooked on a charcoal grill, but if you really need some ribs, they will be o k on a gas grill.
Cook ribs over low coals until done to a rare or medium state. Liberally paint the sauce on the ribs. Turn and paint the other side. Be sure to coat them well.
Continue smoking the ribs and coating with sauce until you have about 3 coats of sauce on them.
