1 large can red enchilada sauce
1 dozen corn tortillas
grated cheese
finely chopped onion
1 can Wolfe brand chili without beans (optional)
Fried egg if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Heat enchilada sauce in saucepan while you prepare the tortillas. If desired, add a can of Wolfe brand chili to the enchilada sauce.
Fry tortillas for a few seconds to soften them.
Dip corn tortillas in the sauce mixture and coat both sides. If Put cheese and onions in the middle and roll up. If you want stacked enchiladas, just stack on a hot plate and top with a fried egg.
