1/2 pound Butter
1 whole Chicken, cut into chicken pieces
1 large Onion, chopped
1 Green Pepper, chopped
1 cup Celery, chopped
1 one pound cans of Tomatoes
1 three ounce can of Mushrooms
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 dash of Tabasco
1 Tablespoon Parsley Flakes
1 teaspoon Oregano
Salt and Pepper to taste

Melt butter in a large skillet. Saute chicken pieces until browned. Remove chicken and saute onions, peppers, and celery. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, and seasonings. Replace chicken in sauce. Cover tightly, and simmer 30 minutes or until done. Serve with rice, noodles, or steamed vegetables.
