2 Packages of Frozen (cubed) Hashbrowns
1 16oz Container of Regular Sour Cream
2 Cans Cream of Mushroom
2 cups of Milk
4 Cups of Mild Cheddar Cheese (shreded) Save 1 cup for topping.
1 stick of Butter
Salt and Pepper to Tatse

Directions:

Heat oven to 350º

In large bowl combine all ingredients with exception of butter stir well.
Place ingredients in large greased casserole dish.
Cut butter into pads. Insert pads of butter throughout casserole.
Cook until potatoes are bubbling(aprox.1hr) cover with more cheese and bake until golden brown.
