1/2 Can Eagle Brand Milk
1/2 C White Corn Syrup
1 Stick Butter
1 t Red Food Color
3 C Raw Peanuts
1 t Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first six ingredients, cook to soft ball stage (235 degrees). I bring to a rolling boil and cook 5 minutes. Stir constantly to prevent sticking and burning peanuts. Stir in vanilla, Let stand about 5 minutes. Beat with a spoon until glossy. Drop by spoonsful onto parchment paper.
Bringing to a boil means a full rolling boil that cannot be stirred down. The candy will sizzle on the bottom of the pot-that is not boiling. Boiling is bubbles from top to bottom that continues when stirred.
