4 whole chicken breasts
1/4 cup butter
2 cans chicken broth
1/4 cup butter
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 chopped onion
2 -3 teaspoons curry powder
1 cup chopped apple
1/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon cardamom
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Remove skin (if any) from breast. Cut each breast in half. Brown in butter in large skillet about 5 minutes per side. Add 1 can chicken broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer covered for 20 minutes.
Combine remaining broth and water to make 3 cups. Set aside.
Make curry sauce by sautéing onion, curry and apple in butter until tender. Stir in flour,& spices. Add liquid and bring to a boil. Simmer 20 minutes. Add chicken and heat thoroughly.
Serve with Saffron rice.
You can also garnish with coconut or serve in a coconut shell.
