1 lb. ground beef
1 15 oz. can pinto beans
1 15 oz. can chili beans
1 15 oz. can red kidney beans
1 small green pepper, diced
1 141/2 oz. can diced tomatoes
1 cup water
3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. dried minced onions
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. dried minced garlic
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. paprika

Brown beef in a large pot. Drain the grease off. Stir in all the other ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Add more water if too thick. ( I often bake it in a 250 degree oven for several hours)
