2 LB Frozen Hash browns or frozen cubed potatoes
1 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper
1 Tbs fresh minced garlic
1 Large Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can of Milk
1 16oz Container of Sour Cream
1/4 Stick of Butter
10-12 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese-Shredded

**Topping**
10-12 Cups of Crushed Corn Flakes
1/4 Cup of Melted Butter
Dash of Season Salt
Dash of Garlic Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all casserole ingredients together in a large bowl.
Pour evenly into a 9x13 Cake pan.

Bake 350 º for 1 hour.

In the meantime, make topping. Spread over Potato mixture and bake an additional 15-20 minutes to get the cornflakes crispy.
