1 pkt. Yeast
1/2 C. Sugar
1/2 C. Cooking Oil
1/2 C. Water- warm
1 tsp. Salt
1 Egg
3 C. Flour
1½ stick Butter- melted

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast packet in warm water.

In a mixing bowl, and using a mixer, add all ingredients (except butter) including yeast mixture; mix well.

Turn out onto floured wax paper and knead slightly then return to bowl to rise again until doubled.

Again, turn out onto floured wax paper and roll out to 1/2" thick. Cut into pieces measuring 1" x 4".

Dip in melted butter and layer in Bundt pan/Angel Food pan. Let rise until double in size. Bake at 325º for 45-60 minutes.
