2 C. Sugar
3/4 - 1 C. Cocoa Powder
1 can Evaporated Milk
2 tbsp. Butter
2 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a small pot, blend sugar and cocoa powder until well mixed. Then, stir evaporated milk into mixture over a medium heat until desired consistency is achieved.

Place pot on stove and bring to a boil; stirring constantly. Lower heat (while still stirring) till it gets thick then, stir in butter and vanilla. Serve hot over ice cream.
