3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt

Filling:
1 - 8 oz. package cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°
2. Line 10x15 greased pan with wax paper. Grease & flour wax paper.
3. Beat eggs & sugar to make cream. Add pumpkin, baking soda, flour, cinnamon & salt. Beat with electric beater until smooth.
4. Spread in pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle towel with powdered sugar.
5. While cake is baking, make filling.
6. Filling: Mix with electric mixer the cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter & vanilla together in a small bowl.
7. Remove cake from oven. Flip cake onto towel and peel off wax paper.
8. Cool in towel.
9. Spread on filling & roll up.
10. Refrigerate
