1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c quick oats
1 c, brown sugar
3/4 c. butter or margarine
1 c. apricot jam or puree

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in oats and sugar. Cut in butter. Pat 2/3 of the mixture into 11x7 pan, lightly greased. Spread on jam and cover with the rest of crumb mixture. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.

When we were first married Dave's mom gave us several jars of apricot jam. (She have a very productive tree.) I looked for and found this recipe to find another way to use that jam.
