Ingredients:
Ingredients:
5 c. uncooked shell pasta
2-1/2 c. mayo (not miracle whip)
1-1/4 c. sour cream
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1-1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
2-1/2 tsp. onion powder
2-1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2-1/2 tsp. dijon mustard
1-1/4 red onion (small dice)
2 c. shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese (shred your own, it is better, I promise)
Lots of veggies (I never measure these):
bell pepper, red, orange, yellow -large dice
You can also add, broccoli, peas, celery, seeded diced cucumber....

Directions:
Directions:
Cook & drain pasta until it is ALMOST done. It will soak up dressing & get mushy if you cook it to completely done. Set aside & let come to room temp, tossing gently occasionally to prevent sticking. Just use your (clean) hands, I won't tell! Mix together all of the ingredients, including onions, except the veggies & cheese. Mix the dressing in with pasta. Add vegetables & cheese. This is best made the day before so the pasta shells can soak up all the dressing & the flavors can blend.

Nothing special to report on this recipe. I saw it on TV, and it looked good. I found this recipe online and tweaked it to make it mine. This makes a TON & guaranteed to be a crowd pleaser. . . at least that's what I have found.
