Ingredients: I box white cake mix 3 pkg. dry pistachio pudding mix 4 eggs 3/4 c. oil 1 c. warm water

Directions:Mix all ingredients together. Beat well for 5 minutes. Pour into bundt pan. Bake 350º 50-60 minutes. Let cool completely. Make a quick drizzle icing with powdered sugar, milk, vanilla. Drizzle over top if desired. Cake and pudding flavors can be mixed and matched! Chocolate/chocolate is wonderful! Spice cake/butterscotch and lemon/vanilla are tasty as well.... |

Notes: My Grandma Koomler seemed to always have the green cake on the counter top... I still don't know if it was because Grandma has a sweet tooth, or because Grandpa did or because she knew I liked the green cake. When I was finally able to get someone in the family to give me this recipe, I was thrilled! I always wonder if the pan should be greased, or greased and floured or left dry... Deciphering old recipes always makes me giggle... Enjoy!
