1-1 1/2 cup sliced celery
1 onion sliced thin
1 can bamboo shoots-drained
1 can mushrooms
2 cups cooked chicken
1 can water chestnuts - drained
1-1 1/2 cups chicken broth
2 tsp accent
2-3 tsp salt
3 TBSP soy sauce
1 can show mein noodles
3 hard boiled eggs
chopped green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Cook celery and onion in oiled skilled till limp but not tender.
Add bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, mushroom and broth.
Book a few minutes.
Add accent, salt and soy sauce.
Cool a few minutes and add thickening (cornstarch).
Serve over noodles and garnish with sliced eggs, green onions and chicken.

The bamboo shoots and chestnuts can be replaced with 1 can chow mein vegetables.
